The New York Cantors, all serving synagogues in New York, are: Brooklyn- born Yaakov (Yanky) Lemmer, Head Cantor of the Lincoln Square Synagogue in New York City; Azi Schwartz, a native of Israel and Cantor at New York’s Park Avenue Synagogue; and Netanel Hershtik, Cantor at The Hampton Synagogue, Westhampton Beach, New York.

Chocolate Seder Shabbat!

Friday, April 6th at 7:00pm – RSVP REQUIRED

Why is this night different than all other nights? Chocolate! Meet other young Jewish professionals and celebrate the sweet side of Passover with this delicious take on the classic Seder.

FSF Paint Night Social

Join us for an evening of painting fun at the Free Synagogue of Flushing!

We will be painting cherry blossoms in celebration of spring! Bring home your own masterpiece! Canvas, brushes, paint, refreshments, and step-by-step instruction provided! We will have glasses and openers available for guests who would like to bring their own wine.

This event is open to everyone age 21 and over. Tickets required, and must be purchased in advance.

Only $18 for members!

$36 for non-members!

Entrance to event will be at 41-60 Kissena Boulevard.

We are one block from the main Flushing branch of the Queens Public Library, and close to the Main Street stops on the 7 train and LIRR.
